For those who couldn’t make it, the 2-hours visioning workshop – conducted by the town’s consultants, Sasaki, VHB, and Landwise – consisted of a 20-minute introductory and 20-minute wrap-up presentation that bookended 80-minutes of interactive visioning activities where each table discussed the following four topics:

  1. Fiscal Resilience – Is the property the right place to expand and diversify the Plymouth tax base?

  2. Jobs & Housing – is the property an opportunity to generate jobs and provide workforce housing for the town?

  3. Conservation – How could the property contribute to the larger recreation and opens space conservation needs of Plymouth?

  4. Quality of Life – Could the propertey be an opportunity to provide infrastructure, services, and facilities that support a high quality of life?
