Where is the unlicensed property that is referenced in the Select Board’s letter?
Of the approximate 1,500 acres of property owned by Holtec Decommissioning International (HDI) in Plymouth, about 1,100 acres of it is not considered to be encumbered by the decommission in process (e.g., available to sell). This is the unlicensed property. The balance of HDI’s property is included in the Pilgrim nuclear power plant decommissioning effort. This is the licensed property.
